WE OWE – Repairs

Over the last years, we earned a great reputation about customer service; not only assisting the customers before the sale, but also by giving them the necessary assistance after the sale.

 Although we spend hours and hundreds of dollars inspecting and reconditioning each vehicle we offer for sale, all vehicles are sold AS-IS (except those with warranty from the manufactory).

Dealing with repairs BEFORE THE SALE:  All repairs promised to customers before the sale requires an approval by the manager and it must be in written on the “WE OWE” form on the point of sale when presenting the work sheet and credit app.

Dealing with repairs AFTER THE SALE: Make an appointment and the service department and the manager will evaluate case by case, deciding what the best solution for the problem is.

When dealing with a repair after the sale, always have available:

  1. Date of sale
  2. Mileage when vehicle was sold and current mileage
  3. We owe form
  4. Buyers Guide form.

Salesperson has no authority to decide who is responsible to pay for repairs.
