REFERRAL
We love referrals!!! It means we are doing something right. “Referral based business”
We encourage salesperson to get as much referral as possible (easier – quicker sale)
What is a referral? Someone that recommended a customer that purchases a vehicle from the store.
Referral pays: The first 3 referrals pays $100 – the 4th referral starts paying $150.
The referral must be listed on the work sheet when working a deal.
All referrals must be recorded on the CRM and it needs to be verified before payments are made.
Referrals are paid during office hours between Mon – Fri (10am – 5pm). In case customers can’t come these hours a check will be mailed or will be available at the office desk. Referrals are NEVER paid on the point of sale.
You must provide a copy of Dl or passport and a copy of the work sheet signed by the manager when requesting a referral check.
