TEST DRIVE
NO EXCEPTION!!! Salesperson must go on the test-drive with a customer.
Always make a copy of customer’s driver license before go on a test drive.
The more time you spend on a test drive, the higher are the chances of achieving a sale.
VEHICLE INSPECTION
We encourage our customers to have the vehicle inspected before the purchase of the vehicle. The customer can bring a mechanic to our lot or take the vehicle to a mechanic shop of his/hers choice. You must request an approval from the manager in order to a customer take the vehicle to his/hers mechanic shop.
